Clarksdale, Mississippi – VIDEO IN POST

Wednesday night September 26, 2012 at the New Roxy in downtown Clarksdale, “all up in” the New World District, local artist, Randall Andrews, had a well-attended showing of his creative and unique mixed-media expressions using Delta debris and found objects, hence the name of his business DELTA DEBRIS.

Many locals and more than a few tourists delighted in an outdoor artistic soiree filled with music, wine, appetizers and Delta banter.

Local musicians Walt Busby on guitar and  accompanied by Jacqueline Nassar on drums played one cool tune after another. Randall discussed the genesis of his art and spent a great deal of time singing the praise of the Clarksdale Renaissance and the New Roxy, the coolest open-air venue between the two Poles.

Randall’s art is available for viewing by appointment through October, 6, 2012. Call 662-313-6220 to schedule an opportunity to experience Randall’s Delta creations.
