Get It Done – a music video in the making in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, CLARKSDALE!

CLARKSDALE, Mississippi

Behind the scenes at Vincent Productions in the heart of the Mississippi Delta in Clarksdale, Mississippi, producer, songwriter and musician Gary Vincent has been working magic in his unique studio with the one and only James “Super Chikan” Johnson. Gary was kind enough to write a song for his friend, attorney and businessman Bill Luckett, who is currently in the race for Governor of the State of Mississippi. The song is entitled “Get It Done.” The tune is catchy and the lyrics are clever; “Super Chikan” is just the man to showcase this great tune.

Word is they finished shooting the video recently at Luckett’s Ground Zero Blues Club in downtown Clarksdale, which he co-owns with Howard Stovall of Resource Entertainment Group and actor Morgan Freeman. The video is expected to be released soon. We are told it will feature many locals in addition to these five outstanding musicians who laid down the tracks.
