Steve Kolbus – RAW & UNCUT at Tricia’s PIE HOLE and GZBC in Clarksdale

CLARKSDALE, MISSISSIPPI  VIDEO IN POST  – Steve Kolbus, former standup comic for 22+ years, is now a fixture in Clarksdale. He moved here and opened a restaurant called Tricia’s Italian Eatery and Pie Hole which is sadly now closed.

It was a first for Clarksdale to have a pie hole! Poor William tends to have a field day when you bring it up. Just ask him about Tricia’s Pie Hole next time you see him.

Kolbus is one of our many colorful characters in Clarksdale. Steve is a clever songwriter. Today, in fact, he told me he spends his free time doing crossword puzzles. Steve, I’d of never figured you for a crossword puzzle kind of guy but then again, you do have a way with the English language.

Steve performs regularly around town and when at Ground Zero Blues Club hosting the Jam Night on Thursday he makes a very entertaining and fun loving MC.

Steve is one of the nicest people I have ever known.
