She landed behind the scenes as the Pastry Chef for the artsy, open kitchen Interim Restaurant and Bar. Her name is E’Lane Bobo Williams; her father originally hailed from Bobo, Mississippi, a little town about 5 miles Southwest of Clarksdale.
In addition to her role at Interim, she appears regularly on television, demonstrating her cooking skills and techniques on the popular show Local Memphis Live. Catch her live segments called “What’s Cooking: Pastry Chef E’Lane Williams” on the abc affiliate station Local 24 Memphis.
