Bye Bye Miss American Pie with David Elliott Home Concert Series

Delta Bohemian co-founders Magical Madge and Chilly Billy Howell hosted their first Clarksdale White House Home Concert Series March 3, 2018 with a private event for The Wineskins. The inaugural test concert was a success, so they planned their first official Home Concert Series featuring Grammy Award-winning guitarist Eric Tingstad with guest appearance by local Clarksdale drummer Lee Williams. It was a fantastic night, too.

The Clarksdale White House Home Concerts take place in the living rooms of the popular overnight accommodation. The home lends itself to an intimate musical experience for both musicians and attendees. Madge and Billy are improving the environment, including the stage area, lighting and sound, with each new concert. It’s all organic and real.

Home Concert goers are encouraged to BYOB. The house provides ice and glassware. Abe’s Bar-B-Q provides complimentary tasty food as light fare for the evening. Guests often bring dishes to share.

Purchase tickets in advance. Seating is limited.

Most concert begin between 7:15-7:30pm and conclude by 9:00-9:30pm.
