Delta Bohemian Rock Lobster

CLARKSDALE, Mississippi

Executive Chef Levi Minyard recently did a special Surf & Turf consisting of a 60-ounce Porterhouse Steak and a 3-pound Lobster. The live Maine Lobsters were flown in that day. All 6 were claimed and all Guests were pleasantly satiated.

Poor William just couldn’t help “hisself”, so he had some fun with the ROCK LOBSTER. Gotta love the B-52’s.
